What do smooth threads do?
Smooth threads create collagen and support for thinner skin or laxity in skin and can help fine lines or static lines.
What areas can be treated with smooth threads?
Glabella lines and crows feet in combination with a neurotoxin treatment, lip lines and lip border, neck area, lax skin on cheek area and chest fine lines.
Do smooth threads lift the skin?
No, these are strictly to stimulate collagen and support tissue, they will not lift.
What do smooth threads cost?
It depends on the size of the area, treatment cost ranges from $300-$1500.
What is the maintenance?
For smaller areas that are treated with neurotoxin as well as threads, threads might need to be touched up about once per year. Other areas would use touch ups every 6-12 months depending on the desired result.
Does it hurt?
We numb the area with injectable lidocaine, very little discomfort.
